AccuRate Series Screw Feeders

The AccuRate® Series Feeders have been proven to handle a wide range of materials from powders to pellets and flakes for multiple applications in process industries throughout the world. Their simple, compact design not only ensures easy service and maintenance, but also economical integration into existing production plants.

AccuRate Mechatron Screw Feeders

When going through frequent material changes or multiple cleaning cycles, the MechaTron® provides the perfect solution for reducing the maintenance time during those operations. With complete disassembly from the non-process side of the feeder there is no need to remove upper extension hoppers, bins, bulk bags and IBC’s to clean or maintain the feeder. This feature alone results in tremendous time and cost savings. Gravimetric or volumetric feeding with a choice of multiple configurations is offered including: single screw, twin screw, vibratory, high and low capacities, and flexible or stainless steel conical hoppers, providing versatility to accommodate any unique dry material feeding application.

The range of air filtration products have been designed to offer the customer unrivalled flexibility. Access into the filter housings for media replacement can be accomplished either through the top or side of the unit to suit the process or site requirements.

Most of the products in the Coperion filtration range are available in the following four configurations:
» Clean air plenum only
» Clean air plenum and filter body
» Clean air plenum, filter body and bottom hopper
» Clean air plenum, filter body and bottom product receiver hopper for conveying applications

Engineering Site Surveys for Air Filtration Systems

When it comes to finding the perfect air filtration system for your specific application, Coperion has over 50 years of experience in designing and managing dust collection projects for customers throughout the world. Coperion provides engineering services to dust collection users that include on-site air filtration surveys. Program participants receive a full assessment of their current air filtration systems along with recommendations on improving efficiencies.

Engineering surveys

» Consult with customer personnel to determine system rates,

» On-site dust collection analysis

» Particle size analysis and emission testing

» Field measurement of dust producing equipment and plant layout

» Preliminary sketches of plant/equipment layout based on this analysis

and current recommendation to include appropriate NFPA compliance

» Pictures, data, details and all pertinent information required to

evaluate current conditions of dust systems

» Evaluate physical conditions of existing filters, fans and airlocks

» Evaluate existing ductwork layout and sizing, dust discharge

design and pneumatic transfer system

equipment functionality, problem areas and desired results from findings

» Provide quotation for new and upgraded solutions

Dense Phase Conveying

easily damaged or porous products.

Types of Dense Phase:

» Vacuum Dense Phase

» Batch Dense Phase

» Continuous Dense Phase (CDP™)

» Low Pressure Continuous Dense Phase (E-finity®)

Commonly Conveyed Products:

» Abrasives

» Carbon Black

» Cereals and Fragile Grains

» Coffee

» Detergents

» Fly Ash

» Nuts
