Coperion K-Tron vacuum loaders are designed to high quality standards for pneumatically conveying powders, pellets and granular materials for the bulk material handling industries.
Our loaders are available in powder and pellet versions, as self-contained units or venturi style that utilized compressed air to create a vacuum convey source.
P-Series venturi loaders are often used for loading hoppers as well as loss-in-weight feeder refill. They are designed to convey powders and friable materials for sanitary, pharmaceutical, food and chemical applications.

Self-contained machine loaders & venturi style loaders
Coperion K-Tron self-contained loaders are compact, economical and efficiently handle pellets as well as regrind or granular materials. The self-contained loaders come with a power head mounted on top of the unit and controller. They are most commonly used for machine loading and other applications where material is moved short distances and to one destination.
Coperion K-Tron venturi loaders are designed to move bulk material with compressed air as the vacuum source. They include a controller and venturi vacuum pump.

The Coperion K-Tron P10 loaders can be used for conveying applications such as hopper loading, as well as loss-in-weight feeder refill applications, where the loader is not always emptied completely. It is designed to convey powders and meets 3A dairy sanitary requirements.
The venturi power unit utilizes compressed air to create a vacuum convey source.
